ParaLegal/ Legal Assistant

- Prepare and edit correspondence and legal documents
- Calendar/schedule management
- Maintain and organize client files
- Carry out correspondence and communication with clients
- Prioritize work and meet deadlines
- Draft a variety of court documents including (not limited to) Notice of Civil Claim, Bill of Costs, Affidavits, and List of Documents
- Full preparation for Examinations for Discovery, Mediation and/or Trial
- Minimum five (5) years experience in the area of Civil Litigation
- Excellent grammar, spelling and proofreading skills
- The ability to prioritize work and meet tight deadlines
- The ability to work independently as well as work well in a team environment
- Excellent organization and communication skills
- Professional work ethic, a great attitude, and the ability to adapt to varying expectations
- Excellent eye for detail
