Inder is a litigator in the firm’s Insurance Defence department. He was called to the Bar of British Columbia in 2016 after successfully completing the Canadian LL.B. requirements through the National Committee of Accreditation.
Before moving to Canada, Inder was called to the Bar of Punjab and Haryana practicing primarily civil litigation and family law. Inder articled with a firm in Downtown Vancouver, practicing in personal injury law. After completing his articles, he joined the same firm and represented victims who were injured in motor vehicle accidents. Inder has represented clients in both the Provincial Court and Supreme Court of British Columbia.
When Inder is not practicing law, he loves to spend time with his kids. He also coaches for amateur sports, such as soccer.
Inder is a member of the Law Society of British Columbia, South Asian Bar Association of British Columbia, and the Bar Council of Punjab and Haryana. He is a former member of the Punjab and Haryana High Court Bar Association and the Association of South Asian Professionals of B.C.
